Positive & Productive Parenting Coaching Groups

Join our FREE virtual parent groups to share and receive personalized tips and strategies from an expert on how to best react to your kids and respond to difficult behaviors. These virtual groups are small (6-10 participants) groups for a total of 6 sessions.

Prevent Child Abuse-New Jersey (PCA-NJ)

Founded in 1979, Prevent Child Abuse-New Jersey is dedicated to promoting family wellness, positive parenting, healthy child development and nurturing communities. Our evidence-based programs prevent child abuse and neglect in all forms for all NJ children.

Project TEACH (NJ Department of Children and Families)

Project TEACH (Teen Education and Child Health) is a year-round education program for pregnant or parenting teens to earn a diploma. The program meets the unique needs of students who benefit from a small academic setting. The healing-centered approach addresses students' social and emotional needs while they pursue their academic studies.

Woodbine

PRAC of Southern New Jersey hopes to identify and address the needs of low to moderate-income community members by developing strategies and programs that facilitate social, economic growth, self-sustainability along with promoting culture awareness and events.

Quality Families

Provides IIC crisis services to stabilize families experiencing circumstances which place a child or family at risk. Quality Families provides mental-health therapists who come in-home to provide counseling and therapy to the youth or family who is in crisis.  Provides outpatient therapy and parenting consultation.

The Guardianship Project was started as a solution to a pervasive problem facing many parents who have children with disabilities. Special Child Health Services - Cape May County

Special Child Health Services helps families meet the needs of their children and assist in accessing community resources. Services are available to any family with a child from birth to 21 years of age who is diagnosed with or later develops a condition that can impact upon development, learning, or physical disability. These services are offered at no cost to families.

Special Child Health Services - Case Management / Care Units

Each of the State’s 21 counties has an SCHS Case Management Unit jointly funded by SCHS and the county freeholders. SCHS Case Managers, with parental consent, work with the child’s parents and the physician to evaluate an affected child’s strengths and needs; and develops an individual service plan for the child and family. Medical, educational, developmental, social and economic needs of the child and family are targeted.
