Yes Doula is a tele-health service that shares information and provides emotional and physical support for expecting women and their partners. We teach self-comfort practices, mindful movement, and breath work. We guide partners in hands-on techniques that help deepen connection and ease labor. We are trained to support VBAC and epidural-free births, and use pleasure practices as a pain management tool throughout labor and birth.

We offer a 30-minute Discovery call to discuss your birth vision and ways that Yes Doula can help you achieve it. Depending on your birth vision, packages will be discussed, which can be from your first trimester to the first six weeks of postpartum. Each package is tailored for you and your needs. We are here to meet you where you are.

We do not accept insurance at this time, but we do work with Carrot. Because we believe that all women deserve support, we offer payments on a sliding scale.
