We provide mental health services for children, teens, adults, families, and couples. We specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, and loss. We understand the courage it takes to seek help with emotional concerns and offer a non-judgmental and confidential environment.

Grief
Our staff includes Certified Grief Recovery Specialists (certified by The Grief Recovery Method ©). Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to loss of any kind. Death, divorce, relocating, pet loss, life transitions, the ending of a romantic relationship, and even the void created by unfulfilled rituals like graduation, prom, and yearbook signing caused by Covid-19, can trigger a grief response. Grief is emotional, not logical, and we provide one-on-one support to help you learn recovery skills to assist with coping and moving forward in life.

Supervision
We provide individual and group clinical supervision.

Substance Abuse
We have trained professionals who specialize in working with substance abuse issues. Whether you or someone you care about is experiencing issues with substances, we can help.

Medication Management
We have a team of board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who offer evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized medication management services to children, teens, and adults.

Nutrition Services
We have a registered dietitian nutritionist on staff offering food and body counseling services, including but not limited to Gentle Medical Nutrition Therapy, intuitive eating guidance, and disordered eating/eating disorder support.
