Since 2011, Holistic Behavioral Solutions has helped children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with skilled, evidence-based care. Whether facing addiction, autism, anxiety, depression, justice-system involvement, or family and relationship stressors, we meet clients where they are, with compassion, creativity, and consistency.

  • Intensive In-Community (IIC) & Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
  • EAP partnerships & brief outpatient treatment
  • Wellness coaching and solution-focused support
  • Youth Mentoring & Support: Individualized mentoring, behavioral assistance, life-skills coaching, and transition-to-adulthood planning.
  • Community Integration: Active partnerships with schools, justice programs, and families across 12 counties from Mercer County, NJ to NYC.

Who We Are
Led by Tamara Pommells, LPC, LCADC, ACS, HBS is a multidisciplinary practice of 6 licensed clinicians, 3 certified behavioral assistants, and 4 community aides. Our team combines deep clinical expertise with a strong community commitment, participating in service initiatives, local school partnerships, and volunteer activities.
