Fresh Start Counseling

Fresh Start Counseling, LLC is dedicated to serving families’ mental health needs while providing growth opportunities that foster resilience and healing. Our therapists and behavioral assistants offer both telehealth and in-person outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We work closely with clients through life’s challenges, helping them build healthy relationships, strengthen coping skills, and reach their full potential.

Outpatient Therapy
We offer telehealth and in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our licensed therapists provide a safe space for healing, personal growth, and building healthier relationships.

In-Home Family Counseling
Our intensive in-home counseling serves youth ages 4–21, using evidence-based approaches to address behavioral concerns and reduce the risk of children being displaced from their homes.

Behavioral Assistance
Behavioral Assistants work alongside therapists to provide hands-on support for children and teens. They implement treatment plans, model positive behaviors, and help youth practice coping strategies in real-life situations, supporting long-term growth and stability.

Parenting Support
We provide training and guidance to help parents meet their child’s needs and strengthen the parent-child relationship. Our services focus on setting goals, fostering positive interactions, and supporting healthy child development.

Behavior Plans
Our providers create customized behavioral intervention plans to address challenges at home and school. These plans reduce unwanted behaviors while encouraging positive, lasting change.

At-Risk Youth Mentoring
We pair teens with trained providers who mentor, encourage, and guide them. Through trust-based relationships, goal-setting, and meaningful activities, youth develop confidence, communication skills, and strong personal boundaries.

School Support
We collaborate with school staff and treatment team members to ensure families’ treatment goals are supported across all environments, helping children succeed both academically and personally.
