This open-share, discussion-focused support group provides a safe and welcoming space for individuals navigating the many layers of grief. Whether your loss is recent or long-standing, this group offers an opportunity to express your emotions, share your personal journey, and feel heard without judgment. Together, we honor our unique experiences while learning from one another’s stories and perspectives.

Held on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30PM at the Atlantic Community Wellness Center (1125 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 617, Atlantic City, NJ 08401). No cost/insurance required, no pre-registration needed.
