Hello. I have 25 years experience in the mental health field. My specializations include couples, affairs, communication, EMDR, PTSD, and trauma. After graduating from Rutgers University with my Masters Degree,  I went on to post-graduate training to focus on couples, as well as trauma. My couples training includes several years of IMAGO therapy and Relational Life Therapy, under leaders of the field . I'm also an advanced, Level 2 practitioner of EMDR, which alleviates current trauma symptoms, PTSD, and the pain of any abuse or unmet needs of childhood.. It also helps people with poor self esteem who carry negative thoughts about themselves, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not worth it" or "I am powerless"  and many,  many more. These are like gremlins on your shoulder which EMDR smacks away!

My practice is all virtual, which has been proven to be as effective as in person. Rest assured that the connection flies through time and space and right through that computer screen. I provide a warm, safe, comfortable therapeutic relationship, which also includes a bit of humor when appropriate.

My daughter and I have a private practice called Florham Park Counseling. Needless to say, that is a joy to me. I'm also an artist, avid reader, and madly in love with our dog, Cooper.
