The Aleph Adult Day Center program focuses on enhancing socialization, cognitive engagement, and creative expression for our clients - providing mental and social stimulation during the day, which can improve sleep quality at night while giving their day-to-day caregivers the respite they need and deserve.

From the very first phone call, the Aleph team is focused on treating each client and family with personalized attention. A certified home health aide always accompanies nursing staff for the initial client assessment to ensure that the aide is properly trained on the plan of care. After that, Aleph’s nurses are in contact with each client, at least every 30 days, to reassess their plan of care. This ensures we are providing the highest level of care.

Companion care is a less-intensive, non-medical form of home care. With companion care, your loved one will be able to live an independent life with fulfillment and joy while having peace of mind when you cannot be there. 

Personal care is the next level of service, which includes all that companion care has to offer while also attending to the physical needs of your loved one. Personal care is fitting for those who require a higher degree of assistance due to injury, disability, or aging. 

Transportation services allow your loved one to get to and from medical and non-medical appointments, run errands, go grocery shopping, and attend activities outside the home with the added care of a companion who will assist and accompany your loved one while they are out of the home.
