Sherry Blair, MA, MSSW, LCSW
Sherry is the founder of Sherry Blair Institute, a learning organization which has been serving individuals, children and families, and organizations for 25 years. Coming from humble working-class roots, Sherry lives everything she teaches for succeeding in life and happiness. She is highly credentialed, and also during this time, she served as a professor for close to 10 years, teaching graduate students in Human Behavior & The Social Environment, Leadership & Management, Consultation & Supervision, Social Entrepreneurism, Coaching & Consulting. She also served within the consortium of New Jersey's Training Academy to enhance services and outcomes for child protective service teams.
Connie Masullo, MSW, LCSW
Connie has served children and families for over 20 years, and also in the capacity of Chief of Operations at Sherry Blair Institute's Behavioral Health Services. Connie is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatment and believes in the research, which consistently shows that a therapist’s credentials and techniques mean little without a strong connection for the person seeking help. Her work as a therapist, trainer, and supervisor emphasizes the significance of connection and relationship.
