AACT-NOW! (African American Community Takes New Outreach Worldwide) is an exciting initiative of NAMI New Jersey to connect with NJ’s African-American families affected by mental illness, mental health consumers, the faith community and mental health professionals to provide culturally competent support, education and advocacy.
Arc of New Jersey's Planning for Adult Life Program
A statewide project funded by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to assist young adults (between the ages of 16-21) with developmental disabilities and their families in charting a life course for adulthood. They offer a variety of resources including Informational sessions, webinars, and resource guides and materials.
Cape May County Department of Human Services
The County Department of Human Services is committed to implementing, coordinating and improving the system of human services through the use of federal, state and county funds. At the county level, the office serves as the grants management office through which many statewide initiatives are made operational.
Caring Family Community Services
Caring Family Community Services provides a wide array of services for individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our main office is in Jackson, New Jersey, however since most of our services are provided within the comfort and convenience of the family home, we are able to provide care throughout the state of New Jersey.
Center for Family Services
At Center For Family Services, we blend high-quality services with personalized care to help people of all ages in reaching their full potential. We help people who have experienced trauma in their lives as a result of addiction, homelessness, abuse, poverty, violence, and family crises. Our services help people to heal, grow, and follow their best life.
Charlie Health
Charlie Health is a fully virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) that serves patients ages 11-50. Charlie Health is for patients that require a higher level of care than once/twice weekly counseling. Our program includes virtual group therapy sessions, 1:1 therapy sessions and medication management if neccesary.
Child and Family Solutions
Child and Family Solutions provides in-home counseling to youth, families, and the developmentally disabled to help them attain personal, behavioral, emotional, and academic goals. Through consistent care and evidence-based interventions, Child and Family Solutions continue to foster growth and stability within the family unit.
Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ)
A statewide behavioral health agency incorporated in 1984, CSPNJ has established itself as a respected innovator of housing, Community Wellness Centers, employment, and economic development services that promote the wellness and recovery of people with the lived experience of behavioral health conditions.
Comfort Zone Camp
A nonprofit 501(c)3 bereavement organization that transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. Our programs are FREE of charge and include trust building activities and age-based support groups that break the emotional isolation grief often brings.
High Focus Center
High Focus Centers offers intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mental health, co-occurring, and substance use disorders. NJ residents can access treatment in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual at our seven locations. We also offer school clearance letters.

New Jersey Early Intervention - Southern Region
The Early Intervention System (EIS), under the Department of Health, implements New Jersey's statewide system of services for infants and toddlers, birth to age three, with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. Project TEACH (NJ Department of Children and Families)
Project TEACH (Teen Education and Child Health) is a year-round education program for pregnant or parenting teens to earn a diploma. The program meets the unique needs of students who benefit from a small academic setting. The healing-centered approach addresses students' social and emotional needs while they pursue their academic studies.
Quality Families
Provides IIC crisis services to stabilize families experiencing circumstances which place a child or family at risk. Quality Families provides mental-health therapists who come in-home to provide counseling and therapy to the youth or family who is in crisis. Provides outpatient therapy and parenting consultation.
Rutgers Community Living Education Project
The Rutgers Community Living Education Project (CLEP) provides information, education, and support to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their family and support professionals when exploring a transition from the Children's System of Care (CSOC) to the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Serenity in the Home, LLC
We provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) services in Atlantic, Cape May, Ocean, and Monmouth Counties funded by the Children's System of Care. We also provide counseling services to children and adults in the community funded by private insurance and private pay sources.
SJLS Guardianship Project For Children
The Guardianship Project was started as a solution to a pervasive problem facing many parents who have children with disabilities. This Project is a collaborative effort between South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. (SJLS) and private, volunteer attorneys in our nine county service area who assist low-income families in gaining guardianship.
Sprout Health Group
Sprout Health Group is a network of licensed, accredited treatment facilities for mental health disorders, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. New Jersey facilities include Advanced Health and Education in Eatontown and Endeavor House North in Kearny.
The Center for Great Expectations (CGE)
CGE is a non-profit human service and health care organization providing ;an uncompromised continuum of care across prevention and treatment of substance use and mental health disorders, for individuals who have experienced trauma. Programs include residential treatment centers for pregnant and parenting women and their children.
