NLC Support is a Support Coordination Agency for people with developmental disabilities. Our mission statement is to be here for you, from start to finish. 

The meaning of Support Coordination is more that just simply directing you to services. We truly believe Support Coordination is the central link for seamless communication between services and guardians or individuals.

NLC Support Coordinators get to know clients and their families in order to develop and maintain a person-centered ISP (Individualized Service Plan). We maintain an open line of communication with our clients and their families in order to identify needs and find appropriate services to best meet those needs. 

NLC Support offers Support Coordination in New Jersey in Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties.
