Our goal is to encourage the incorporation of self-care practices into your daily life to help keep your mental health a priority. Through personalized sessions and self-care exercises a positive, healthy lifestyle is within reach.
We offer outpatient counseling services in-person and via Telehealth. We accept the following private insurances; Horizon BCBS, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United HealthCare (Not Medicaid), and Cigna.
In addition, we provide IIC/BA services through NJ's Children's System of Care. These services are provided in person, in the community, and serve children and adolescents between the ages of 3-21 years old.
