Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlantic & Cape May Counties provides youth ages 6-18 with caring, professionally trained, and supported mentors in community and site-based programs. Our mission is to provide children with 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

Having a mentor (Big) provides an opportunity for the mentees (Littles) to see and experience life beyond their neighborhoods.  The time shared between our Bigs and Littles having conversations, engaging in fun activities, and working towards needs-based goals, makes a huge difference in their social lives, academic outlook, skill set, and hope for the future.  The program is free to participants.

Eligibility	1 year commitment from all parties (volunteer, youth and parent/guardian).
